Opinions on Lemon Tek?

Im planning to lemon tek about a gram of pan cyans. I'm wondering if anyone has had any positive, negative, or no effecd added with lemon tek.

In my experience, the lemon tek makes the trip a lot more intense. It hits you waaaay faster and a lot harder but doesn't last quite as long. I personally don't do the lemon tek anymore. Had a really bad experience once with lemon tekking 3.5 grams of aborts... I don't know by how much it will multiply the dosage but it definitely makes it a lot stronger. If your normal dose is one gram of pan cyans then I really wouldn't recommend lemon tekking one gram. Cut the dosage in half or even thirds if you want to play it safe. Better safe than sorry!

I find adding lemon juice to the tea makes it hit me harder faster.

Lemon TEK 1O1

STEP 1: Grind up mushrooms in blender or herb grinder. Make sure they are powdered.
STEP 2: Squeeze one to two fresh lemons into a glass. (NOT ORANGE JUICE, NOT LEMON JUICE. YOU NEED REAL LEMONS.)
STEP 3: Dump powdered mushrooms in glass containing freshly squeezed lemon juice.
STEP 4: Stir concoction and let sit for a period of time.

I've had 2 trips on cubensis (4 and 5.5 grams) and this is my first time with pan cyans. I've just been reading up on it and am doubting the strength of a gram.

If it is your first time with pan cyans why don't you just eat them as is-without the lemon tek? You're not that experienced yet. Better play it safe man. Just my humble opinion.

Fair enough. I've just been reading up on the cyans and seeing that about 2 grams is a decent trip. Wanted to see if the lemon tek would be worth it with 1 gram.

You can still do the lemon tek but I would recommend that you do it with a lower dose. Of course that is just my suggestion. I'm just looking out for your safety man. I underestimated the power of psychedelics once and all I can say is it was the worst experience of my entire life without a doubt. I don't want to go into detail because I have more than once on this site and even made a couple threads about it when it happened but yeah... it was absolute hell. I've tripped over 50 times on various psychedelics-mostly LSD and mushrooms and that was my one and only bad trip to date. And it was all because I underestimated the power of the mushrooms. If you have any more questions feel free to post them in this thread, I will do my absolute best to answer them!

I can vouch for bigfeely on this one.

Personally i like lemon tek, I think it's more economical because you can get more out of less, but I have also had very bad times lemon tekking a full 3.5 grams, the peak of it felt like I was stuck in dmt hyperspace essentially, parallel realities spawning randomly every time I had a new thought.

I would say use the whole gram, see for yourself how crazy the shroom can really get. Everyone deserves to be humbled firsthand by the power of the shroom, in my opinion. just make sure you have someone you can call or be in a safe place because it can get very nightmarish easily.

I do lemon tea every time, the peak is indeed a little more intense, and the trip is shorter.  Mostly it's just a matter of adjustment to the very rapid onset of psychedelia.  I personally don't see any reason to reduce the dose from what you normally take, just make sure you're lying down and listening to some good tunes because when it hits you, you will be tripping balls and you won't have any time to ease into it.  I suppose if you're wanting to walk around and be social then lemon tek is a bad idea, but it's actually great for really intense but shorter and more manageable shamanic sessions and once you master your fear the intense come on can give you a nice rush of euphoria.  High doses with lemon tek can almost feel like a roll in terms of euphoria.

Good if youcwant quick and intense. I prefer regular tea so it lasts longer, more therapeutic, plus I redose so I ending up tripping at least 8 hours

I lemon tekd 2.5 grams of cubensis for my first time and was catapulted into an insane reality. Like feelthejourney said, I was humbled by the mushrooms to say the least. One second everything seemed a little off.... next second I have no concept of time, space, or who I am.

It was incomprehensible, but for that reason, also incredible

I did the lemon tek once. Was reading up on how it takes less but also doesn't last as long. Around the same time I was reading about syrian rue so I had a great idea to negate the shorter time span while taking less still. So me and a friend ground up 1 gram in lemon juice and soaked it for 15 minutes and during that time we each ate about 2 or 2.5 grams of ground syrian rue. then we did the shot. In about 10 minutes everything was starting to move and I have to say with the lemon tek and syrian rue it was probably 3.5-4x as strong. a few times during the trip we'd just be like "Holy shit. we only ate a gram of shrooms" Fantastic trip though. Had some minor upset stomach but it wasn't too bad. probably from the syrian rue

Update :

Me and a friend decided to each lemon tek a gram of copelandia cyanescens. Long story short, I was tripping about how I imagine 3 grams of cubensis would be and he didn't trip at all, same as when he tried 25C. Psychedelics just aren't for him I guess. I'll stick to just eating the mushrooms, lemon tek was sort of a hassle that wasn't worth it.

Is he on some sort of medication or did he eat the mushrooms on a full stomach? I don't think anyone has a "natural tolerance" to psychedelics-some people may not get as anxious as others or embrace the experience more than others, but like I said-I truly don't believe there is such thing as natural tolerances to psychedelics. One time, I had a "friend" (not really) years ago who whenever we'd trip together, which was only a handful of times or so, I could tell he would try so hard to hide it. Got sort of annoying... It was like, "Yes, it is really happening." He was the kind of dude that would rather drink himself drunk or smoke weed all day to cheesey adult swim cartoons.

No medication, I made sure he didn't eat anything hours prior so we would both be on an empty stomach. He said he felt the exact same from the mushrooms that he did on 1.5 tabs of 25C, which I don't get at all considering I tripped well on the same dose.

My new preference is a pseudo-lemon tek, i.e. i use a tropical fruit juice blend, put it in a shot glass, add some powdered shrooms, let soak for a couple minutes then shoot the shot back, repeat until my shroom powder is used up.
