Mycelium Growth?

Inoculated 4 jars 6 days ago with a 6 month old pes hawaii spore syringe i had lying in my room, using a new heating mat with temp switch not sure how accurate it is as jars feel hot. Jars are sitting inside a box with a small hepa filter running next to it, just set that up today. Picture above of 1 jar looks wet on the side I've take the picture but drier on the other side.

I can't see any myc growth in that picture, and it looks quite wet as you say. Did you PC the grain?

Yeah soaked for 24 hours then boiled for 10, they came out perfect, pc'd for 90 then innoc'd the next day. I just inoculated one side of the jar and believe that is the side, the rest of the jar looks very dry.

Why heating mat? Room temp is prefered.
-------------------- Alright then, picture this if you will: 10 to 2 AM, X, Yogi DMT, and a box of Krispy Kremes, in my "need to know" post, just outside of Area 51. Contemplating the whole "chosen people" thing with just a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my Birkenstocks, and me yelping... Holy fucking shit!

It looks wet to me too. It's hard to tell if there is any myc where the flash is reflecting, but I don't see any on the rest of the grains. Did you shake up the jar after you PC'd?

Hard to be 100% but you might have bacteria in that jar..although if you have a heating mat that might be causing the moisture to pool perhaps. I'm sure someone here will be able to confirm

I live in a cold country. Room temp is 65f. Higher temps lead to higher chances of contam especially bacterial which looks like a wet spot usually.

You said you "boiled" for 10 mins. From the pic it looks like you have quite a few grains that have burst. I slowly simmer my grains until only a few in a spoonful have burst. Not very accurate, but I've come to learn a lot of things done in mycology are done by instinct.

I've only done one grow but I've done a lot of reading and that does look very wet.
Did you let your grains dry to the tissue paper test?

The 3rd pic looks the best to me. They should look almost dry after they are cool and should roll around the jar easily. My first batch of grains were really wet and mushy but still knocked them up with LC just for shits and they are still colonizing. Not the fastest by any means but will most likely produce fruit at some point
