Sheep Manure & Unshelled WBS?

Newbie Questions...
1. I'm really not sure about this.. I picked up sheep manure and unshelled WBS (with nuts). I was told by the dude in the garden store that the unshelled WBS would be better, and that the sheep manure is basically the same thing as cow manure, is this true?
2. Also, I was thinking about grabbing some straw/hay to add to this substrate... yay or nay?
3. How many parts of each should I use?
Thank you to anyone that takes the time to reply, I know these answers can probably be found anywhere online, but I'm new to the community and I like asking questions :P I'll start a journal and explain why i'm here once I figure out this website.

Both items need to go back. Garden store dude knows nothing about mushrooms.
The wbs works better with a shell to keep it from sticking

definitely return the WBS.
i tried bagged cow manure once, and it was hard to get texture right. even with lots of verm and straw, very muddy. so i scrapped it. others have used it, usually outdoors, with success. some use indoors too, but in smaller amounts, mixed with coir. wait for them to chime in.
do not use hay for pasteurization.
try and get some coco coir bricks or some dried h poo nuggets.

Heading out now I'm search of vermiculite, rye seed and brown rice flour Any advice or anything else I should get?

You want rye berries, not rye seed. Your garden store buddy will give you grass seed. Which isn't what you want, unless you are growing sclerotia.
Make sure it's brown rice flour. Regular flour will not work

The sheep manure will work fine.
I used to use sheep manure before converting over to horse manure.
