What kind of oyster is this?

Habitat: I bought a grow your own oysters mushroom kit from a local health food store, the box was not very enlightening beyond that they are oysters.
Gills: White
Stem: Still pinning
Cap: Blue
Spore print color: unknown for now

I think they are called blue oysters but they are no different than (species wise) Pleurotus Ostreatus.

I didn't mean it in a snarky way, I just meant that he knew they were oysters from the start and was looking to figure out what type.

Pleurotus pulmonarius, pleurotus eryngii, and pleurotus citrinopileatus are all oyster mushrooms as well, to name a few.
And if you aren't a little bit snarky on the internet, you are doing it wrong!
