Yeah first is something like trich. Could be aspergillus or penicillium.. we just need a microscope to say for sure.
Second is bacteria(bacillus), aka wet spot.
I notice there's foil on the lids. Can I ask why? Grain jars aren't supposed to have foil on them because it can ruin the integrity of the minimum .3 micron filter. The filter will keep things out when you shake and what not. If you don't use a filter... I suggest you get on that. Poke a hole in the lid and stuff it tight with polyfil if you have to. It's better than nothing.

thank you for your answer. ok, that mean l lost almost of my container. get ucked by wet spot.
my english is not that good. and i`m new to Mycology. so i can`t understan what you mean perfectly.
i understand first and sececond paragraph. but i cant not understand third paragraph. 1.i have few container, foil on the lids. should i remove foil? 2.i just isolate container, contaminated by wet spot. i cant not save my container?
what should i do. please tell me what is your suggestion. and also could you see my other container and jar? please.
1. it is my big jar (900ml) i want to save this jar so badly. i made this jar 5days ago. it was covered by aluminium foil ( i just remove aluminium foil and attach aluminium tape for plugged up the hole, my jar is not that dry but grain have a moisture little bit.(before sterilize, i sock grain 12 hour) this jar get ucked by wet point too? maybe this jar contaminated by wet spot very little bit. (i am not sure) in that case can i save this jar?

Instead of Aluminum tape, try anad obtain Micropore tape. Or polyfill. The mushrooms needs a filter so they can breathe, but still block out contaminates.

4 pieces of MP tape or polyfil stuffed tight in the hole is much MUCH better than anything aluminum. You only need aluminum for the pressure cooker, to keep the filter dry during the cycle.

First one is contaminated as well. Looks like penicillium to me :P. Second one is of course wet spot.
All contaminated containers can be saved. Soap and water to clean them, and when you pressure cook the next batch, all your contams in the container will die.
