Grain water to enhance scloretias jars?

Why not inject the water you use in preparing your grains inside say a fully colonized three months atl7 jar through the pollyfill hole?
Just wondering!

well..considering grains themselves have more than enough nutrients, it doesn't seem necessary.  more water, i could agree with, but not sure on grain water.

even after 6 months + in jars, after i harvest stones, they still form in substrate when i spawn to bulk=there is still enough nutrients, just needed that extra bit of water from the substrate.

note that i have never added anything to stone jars after inoculation, so I'm guessing above.

but IME, WBS makes weak small stones (few form, and they literally crumble when u harvest)
rye makes awesome large stones.
coffee soak makes a difference with sclerotia that i have not noticed with cubes.
starting a set of stone jars once a month will keep u and ur friends stocked

if u do add water though, post results.  id be curious how it fares.
