When do you start using the lamp? From the beginning or after the spawn spread a little bit?

Right on. I have solid colored lids so I just get indirect lighting from the sides. I've yet to get a canopy but I think mostly to do with genetics

okay so I actually have one of the 50 or 60 quart one of these fully colonized now and jsut went to go look at it today and discovered I am a little late maybe to the game but have about 12-15 pins all at about an inch or less tall so i was going to introduce to fruiting..
I never had my holes taped but If I wanted to do this could I just tape up the holes and since I have had this tub in a cabinet tucked away where all I do is keep the door slightly ajar so air can get in but not much.. and this way I am able to have CO2 build up..
But just to recap if I want to do this tek properly all I would need to do is tape the holes and then follow this routine and take the tub out of my cabinet.. Mist the sides... Fan... Flip the lip and turn it 90 degrees and keep an eye on it for moisture?
I would also be adding it to the area i keep the rest of my fruiting monotubs.. This area is 15ft long closet with a 5000k florescent light bulb set on a 12/12 timer, a vicks germ free cool mist humidifier (runs all day), a couple of tubs of perlite that have no lid that I placed my mini mini mono Hybrids in just to help boost humidity a little, and then a fan thats set up to run a schedule with 3 different fanning intervals a day?
Does all of this sound good? Or do I need to change or add some things around to make this set up better in any way?

Spawned two quarts to a half brick of coir for that one on the 5th I did use a 1/4 top layer of coir to cover most grains and make the surface level the easy way.

Good to know only 2 quartz can do that. Using more quartz speeds that up right? I know that sounds minor but i just like assurance
