is this rot?
    #22336467 - 10/05/15 11:09 AM (8 years, 3 months ago)

Hey so I've had some cuttings drying for about 3 weeks and decided to plant them 3 days ago. I check on them today and they look off colored yo me. The soil I used seemed a little moist but that's how it came in the bag. No water was added.

This one looks a little brownish. Would I need to cut it again to save it?

This one doesn't look too bad but I still pulled it out just in case

This the main plant I made the cuttings of. It had a lot of little dots on it like it might be mold. I'm wondering if I should cut it again a little and let it heal

I'm new to this and would like some advice if possible.

Looks like mold.  The best thing you can do is to cut off about another inch with a clean, sterilized knife.
Immediately after this put the cutting right next to a fan near warm, dry air if possible.

The most important thing you can do is to get that cutting dried out and calloused as soon as possible.

Ok thanks that's what I was planning on doing. Should I do it to all 3? Or just the worst one?

personally  I would do all three.  If they were cut and got contam then its likely all are going to start some rot or mold.

Clean cut
Dry fast
No Contam
