Growing Question. Grey or off-white Mycelim.

First time poster and first time grower here. I've scoured the net looking for my problem, but cant see it so I figured I would ask you guys. I recently bought 6 pre-sterilzed grow jars from a reputable site, (I know its much cheaper to make the jars but I had the extra money to spend) and inoculated them with golden teacher. They all started colonizing about 4 or 5 days in and everything was looking as I would've imagined. I am now on day 11. The mycelium isn't as "brilliantly white" as I would've suspected. Still pretty white but not super bright. But on one of the jars, two of the inoculation sites are colonizing at similar rates and both pretty white. In between them though is a colonization site that is clearly a different color. I don't see any blue, green, pink or yellow mold anywhere, but it is clearly an off-whiteish color or maybe light to medium grey. Just looking for some input on this, any and all will be much appreciated. The jars are half pint jars kept in about 79-81 degrees. Ill post pictures of the inoculation site in question, and the same jar at a different site. Side note: there are little areas of the same greyish color on other parts of the jar within the good looking white mycelium, and on some of my other jars from the same batch. The suspicious site is the smaller mycelium blob in the pics. Thankyou again for anyone that shares their opinion, any key advice for a first time grower would also be appreciated.

A lil bit of yellow when I shine a light. Like little yellow dots here and there. Is tomentose a good or bad sign?

It's just a property of the isolate; in this case I doubt it is really indicative of anything. Mycelium of P. cubensis can be slightly yellow if the environment doesn't allow removal of waste, i.e. in jars. I would worry if it is colonizing really fast or sporulating but nothing in that picture looks like anything besides cubensis mycelium, at least from what I can see.
