LC shows no visible signs of contamination. Everything can look great in the LC, but still be all bad. If you're just wanting to inoculate other jars, just make some LI from your agar plate.

Search bar, top right of page.
LI is liquid inoculant. Use a filled sterilized syringe to shoot water into your plate, scratch the surface of your myc with needle and swish around, then suck back into the syringe. This must be done with all sterile equipment while working in a SAB.

LC is fine when done with care. But learning agar first is essential to success with LC. A year with agar teaches much. Opens lots of doors and allows for a far better understanding of what is going on. LC just allows you to grow big and quick, or fail big and quick.

i was going to try agar wedge to LC instead a member recommended this tek for a LI. It seems like a good way to avoid contams and speed up the grow ( http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20429745 ) Just need a 20 dollar oster blender from target or walmart and you're set

Try everything. CLEAN liquid culture will take you amazing places. Everything has risks, just study and know what to look for. Technique Technique Technique! Great job on the agar plates
