I found these and was wondering what they are.

Habitat:woods, growing out of an old decaying log
Location: ohio valley area
Average cap is about 4 to 4 1/2 cm

Also, do all of the pictured mushrooms appear to be the same as each other?

Thanks!

That is possible, there are some pale colored species of Xeromphalina and the gills are anastomosing.

My other thought was Mycena, which also often has anastomosing gills - but I am not sure if Mycena can have that stipe texture.

Gymnopus is another possibility, but I don't think those have anastomosing gills.
