The trip unfolded very quick and before I took a hold of it I lied in bed and saw things coming at me. It felt like knives cutting at me somewhat. I do biology at school I thought my life was a biology experiment at school. A failed one, and they thrown this reality away in a culture. I'm decaying/rotting waiting for virus and bacteria to come take me. Who are closing in with their knives and feels like needles pricking in my skin. A dealer who i owed money has put out killers to shoot me. This really is dead. bla bla bla. I thought my last LSD bad trip also I had died, this just felt like that was true and all my life has been in limbo.. I'm just starting to find out. Then I saw like this reality is a 4d computer and my teacher at school was swapping me around on her computer and putting me in awfull places. And viruses/hackers where eating at my energy, hence i was suffering. I kept hearing friends voices, voicing their pity for me. I saw them like glass mozaic but every second while this lasted when I kept seeing them their details kept blurring out. Hence, I thought this was another sign of my reality caving in. It's so sad. I kept trying to regain composture. I tried meditating and for a second some light appeared and a more beautiful pattern emerged but this quickly give way to destruction again. I tried lying down but that felt like being defeated by death. (i wish i has lied down, i went outside and ended up with police knocking on the door). Everytime I noticed again that needles came at me I uttered: shit. . I just felt pain.
Why the hell does this always happen to me.. At the start I think I remembered a girl from my school say; I have to learn.. It's like i'm being tested somehow. And meditation seemed to work but I don't know how.
Excuse the rant... Just a bit disappointed, hoping for peers who know what this is

Maybe think about your surroundings and changing them when you trip. If youre going to have a trip, Don't go to bed and expect it to be good, have some laughs with friends or go out somewhere trippy. Unless you have an isolation booth and are comfortable with it go out and trip out on life not your ceiling.

LSD is a gamble as far as the experience goes. You can take it hoping for a nice experience but its not ever guaranteed. At any trip, contents of your mind sitting below the conscious level can come up and you have to be prepared to accept the experience for what its showing you. The most important thing is to not fight it and if you feel fear to not give in to the fear which will allow it to increase... instead you just want to let it flow
As far as going out with friends or anything of the sort, that isn't necessarily a good idea. It may work well for some, but not for everybody. Myself, I generally only trip alone these days after many years tripping in all kinds of situations because that is how I get the most out of it and always the best experiences. Being alone can tend to put you into more of an intense trip but once you understand how to navigate this is really the most beneficial way to partake - my opinion only of course and not saying this is true for everyone.
Even if being social works for you, its still not guaranteed that these same issues won't randomly come up unplanned, and then you have possibly a bigger problem on your hands as you try to deal with this in a social context. Make sure anyone around you is experienced and understands these states, the last thing you want is a "friend" taking you to the hospital or calling 911 because you're "freaking out"
Some things you can try: Sing - just start singing anything that comes out Exercise - push ups, whatever Meditation - always great, there are lots of ways to do it but one of the simplest and most effective is to focus totally on your breathing while breathing rhythmically (even breaths, in 1 2 3 4 out 1 2 3 4)

I just got done with a meditation session which reminded me of a better technique I should have recommended, and is definitely very appropriate for steering out of bad vibes on a trip
Instead of breathing 1 2 3 4, just inhale until your lungs are completely full - your chest will be puffed up & out, and then exhale fully until all of the air is totally out.
There are two ways to do this in regards to the belly. The first way is that you let the belly expand and contract with the inhale/exhale. The second way is keeping the belly uninvolved with the breathing so that it never expands or contracts, and all the air is taken in/out with only your chest/lungs.
The first way is a form of Reichien breathwork and the second is a traditional yoga way of breathing. The Reichien style is meant to help bring on any blocked emotional energy while the yoga style is meant to assist in meditation by quieting emotional states. So in the case of trying to calm down, the second yoga method where you use your chest/lungs while keeping the belly unchanged would be ideal.
Now this method has some big advantages over counting (in 1 2 3 4 out 1 2 3 4):
-you don't have to focus on counting the numbers, which is a distraction from placing the focus on your breath
-you can breath very slowly without worrying about going past your count. I like to inhale/exhale really, really slow and you just keep going until full/clear.
Meditating this way really puts me in a euphoric like state fairly easily.
An addition to this technique which I've found helpful is focusing on the heart chakra, which is around the center of your chest. Just simply placing my awareness on this area brings about a warm feeling which increases and radiates out through my body as I breath.
That's a long post for a simple technique, but just wanted to share something which is super effective for myself.
