No PC agar recipe, disposable dishes

So i want to try agar and i don't have a PC (yet).
so i tested using fine rice flower as a substitute, and i tried sterilising agar to make sure it would work and now i want to mix agar and brf.
what ratio of brf/agar/water do i need?
also can anyone recommend something else that might work without a pc? i presume flower of rye and other grains have the same issue as the grain does?
and how do you use disposable petri dishes? leave them in the SAB after poring and tape them up after inoculation?
if i inoculate with liquid, is there any way to avoid having liquid rolling around in the dish?

You pour each plate, starting with the bottom plate lifting the stack each time. Most people either wrap the edge with parafilm or a 1.5inch section cut off a roll of cling wrap. Or, you can store small stacks (3 or 4) unwrapped in fresh zip lock (sterile).
Innoculating with liquid is best done by squirting onto a sterile swab and swiping that or on a flame sterilized loop.
Don't quote me, I dunno if there is a way to sterilize agar in the microwave ?

What's wrong with agar?
You can go agar, instant mashed potatoes flake, drop of honey
Or malt extract and agar
