So im about to make a bulk sub and I have a lot of straw, verm, and coir. Can I mix the three straw verm coir with no problems pasturized of course. What mix of the 3 would be the best or should I leave one out? Any adive would be greatly appriciated

I personally would leave out the straw so you don't have to pasteurize. Just do coir and verm. Gypsum is highly recommended as well.

Coir does not germinate mold spores. So you can get away with sterilizing this recipe or using the bucket tek as well.

It's fine if you do, just not necessary.
Straw you will have to chop up then soak before pasteurizing with the c/v. If you're just using c/v you can skip all that and save time.

Here you go dude, just posted a thread on this yesterday.
Coir/verm/gypsum can be heat treated with boiling water, straw needs to be proper pasturized.
I mix the two together afterwards.
I go 1 brick coir, 2 quarts verm, hand full gypsum, 4 quarts boiling water in a bucket.. cover wil lid mix it up well as it cools.
I cut up my straw into 1-3 inch peices, and put in a 5 gallon bucket like I do my coir. I fill the bucket with water and a little dish soap and soak it for a few hours to overnight. I drain the straw.
Next I heat up a big pot of water u ntill 175-180 degrees. I pour it into the straw and set a timer for 1 hour. After a half hour I check the temp to make sure its still well above 140, but a 5 gallon bucket full of water and straw with a lid on usually holds for an hour.
It needs to stay between 140 and 170 for an hour, not higher or lower for more than a few minutes, and not longer than an hour.
I drain the straw, cool with water and drain again. Then I mix into the coir very evenly. You can put as much as or as little as you like. I usually add 25-30 percent straw.
Check out my thread it goes thru this with pictures

Personally I would use just straw for your substrate. Then case it with coir verm when it reaches 100%. Straw kicks ass

Yeah. Based on those 3 ingredients. Straw, manure is my favorite bulk substrate. But just straw cased with coir will do really well. Straw holds an ass load of water.

agreed with muda, straw on it's own is a grreat sub, mixing the 3 would be great too but straw holds tons of water and puts some monsters out

Yea I get huge fruits with straw!!
I love using straight straw if Im doing a few tubs. But man I hate chopping it all up hahaha that's whyI much prefer mixing it into something like CVG or poo. 25, 50 % .. more, less all my tubs benefit from it!

That's why I buy preshredded straw. It's way more expensive than bails but still a hell of a lot cheaper than coir or Verm.
