Do you have a recipe for that? I've been digging the ethnic soups lately. Just tried soup Joo Moo. Fantastic.
Yes. I am happy to share. It's a really wonderfully easy and healthy recipe. I made it again last night.

That looks great, lady! I cook Ethiopian sometimes; I'll have to do that again soon /post about that soon...
The African foods I've made/eaten are weird though and kinda require a certain acquisition of flavors. That soup kinda looks like it'll suit most everyone though, because I recognize all the ingredients, haha.

This was a bit ago, but herb crusted chicken with garlic butter asperagus, garlic balsamic brussles sprouts, and garlic mashed potatoes all seasoned in various ways.
Can you smell the garlic through your computer screen?

Last night, I made clams and muscles, steamed in butter, garlic, lemongrass, herbs/spices, and sauvignon blanc.
I saved the juice for a shrimp, cream pasta tonight. I'll have pictures for this one.

I made bbq pulled pork in the Crock Pot today. Mixed up a nice 'cue sauce, threw it in the Pot, dropped in a bunch of nice pork medallion thingys. Let it cook up for like 4 hours, shredded the pork, let it go for another 2. Ridiculously good.
