You guys like shroom chocolates? http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21594422 Not gonna go into great detail, but here's the best tasting chocolate recipe.
To make 100 PE chocolates, do the following: Melt 16 ounces of coconut oil in double boiler until it's clear. Then add 5 bags of Garibaldi 60% dark chocolate chips. Melt down and whisk smooth. Now sift 3 cans of Hershey's special dark cocoa powder and a half bag of confection sugar into a bowl. Add any other dry components if you like. Sometimes i use a little sea salt or even cayenne pepper. Now dump that in the double boiler and whisk it smooth. Be sure your mushrooms are ground down to a fine powder. I use a blender. Very important step here. Dry the outside of the pot because you don't want water going in your chocolate. One drop of water and the chocolate will look light, speckled and stupid. You want it to be dark, smooth and crisp. Pour em in and whisk it up and pour into baking pans. Be sure to lightly spray coconut oil in your pans as a mold release. If you want to use special little molds, pour the chocolate into a pastry bag and then you can squeeze small amounts out. There you go. Next time i make a batch I'll put some pics in here.
*additional notes
Do not use wooden spatulas. This recipe is for 100 chocolates at 1 gram per chocolate. If you want more than one gram per chocolate, do the math and figure it out. Note that this batch is A LOT of chocolate. So if you wanted 2 grams per chocolate, this batch would make 50 instead of 100
Also, if you want chocolates that don't melt, you need to temper it. Here's how:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while stirring to ensure uniform temperature. Once the chocolate has fully melted and reached a temperature of over 105°F (41°C), remove it from the heat. At this temperature, all the crystals, loose or stable, should be melted. Add a piece of unmelted chocolate to provide the seed crystals. This piece can be as big as 2 ounces (if you're melting a sizeable amount of chocolate) or can be chopped up into a few smaller pieces. Stir until the chocolate's temperature enters the tempering range, 88-90°F (31-32°C). The chocolate should be kept at this temperature until used. Depending on the cocoa butter content of the chocolate and introduction of other ingredients, the tempering temperature of chocolate varies. Tempered chocolate can be stored for several months without blooming at constant cool room temperature, 60-65°F (15-18°C).
Enjoy fuckers!

Made sandwiches out of thanksgiving Turducken, with mozzarella, on cheesy bread, baked and broiled in the oven. Some Trader Joe's carrot ginger soup for the dipping.
Should have taken a picture. I guess I'll have it again tomorrow!

Nice. Will all your customers get a free nose hair with every dish?

I posted this a week ago, dernit! Must have forgot to submit.
Azur, I'm going to replicate those chocolates soon, but add candied ginger. I'll post results soon!
Akira, those meatball dishes look great! Is it 'semi-homemade,' or did you make the sauce/balls from scratch? I'll have to post my meatball recipe, soon; in fact, I think I'll make some tonight! Haha, thanks!
Mr. Repo man, I try to get as much veggies as I can in my home cooking because 99% of the options for ordering out involve copious amounts of sodium, red meat, and empty calories. I still have some bloody steak nights. Good luck with your new job! If you have the time, you should post a dish you'd like to replicate or share from there?
I should have more pics/content tonight or tomorrow!

Hello, guys! I have a lot here, so I broke some things down in the culinary forum.
First, I made some spaghetti, homemade venison meatballs (recipe link), and homemade tomato sauce:
The tomato sauce kinda looks like throw up.
Then, I made some chuck-roast stew (recipe link).
Was feeling weird and decided to experiment by adding asparagus and beets with my typical roundup. I will DEFINITELY do that again. Indifferent to beets, but they did amazing things to that broth, man...
Made some turkey base:

And am starting some veggie stock/base:

Do you have a recipe for that? I've been digging the ethnic soups lately. Just tried soup Joo Moo. Fantastic.
