Possible wet spot?

Hiya, I'm growing shrooms for the second time and well, the first time went decently even though I had barely any idea of what I was doing. I had just bought a kit online.
I've recently bought another kit, a Supa Gro one, and it's starting to grow!
So far, so good... But 2 days ago, before any mushrooms had shown, a little... Grayish white thingy appeared in the middle of the kit, and started growing a little. I was unsure what to do so I touched nothing because smell and everything were fine, and so are they now, but whatever it is that was growing on top of the kit now has become slightly darker, smaller and has something like droplets on it. Also, the bottom of the kit turned yellowish.
I suspect it might be bacillus/sour rot, I guess? If it is, is it normal that mushrooms are growing anyway, looking more or less healthy (more or less just because I know next to nothing about all of this so they DO look healthy to my untrained eye)
And, if it is indeed bacillus or whatever it is called, and there's shrooms growing anyway... Looking healthy enough in the process (I mean, they look alright, clear stems, brown caps... Though they're called WHITE Lightning so I'd gueeeeess they'd have a WHITE cap but whatever)... Are the shrooms safe to eat? I know they have to be picked up when the veil's about to break so well, I'm waiting for that... I'd just like to know if I'm going to die if I try eating one of those, if they ever get to grow at all, in the end.
Anyway, for next time, I'm gonna study like my degree depended on it, and make sure I don't fuck up anywhere. I'm a poor fool and thought that I'd be as lucky as I was the first time around not getting any contamination or anything without reading anything about it.
For the time being I just want to know if they're edible anyway even if there is a possibility of there being bacillus/wet spot/idk growing along the shrooms. As soon as possible I'll provide some photos as well!
Thank you for your help and I'm sorry, I know I write a lot.

Anything fruits with a mushy feeling, molds or nasty smell, toss. But eating a fruit from a contaminated substrate will be fine. As long as the mushroom is healthy, you should be too

Ok well, I took a picture and to do so I opened the bag aaaaaaaaand it didn't look THIS bad through the bag, but...
Well, I think I already know the answer but, keep or toss?
Doesn't smell bad though, smells kinda... Humid I guess, and shroomy.

EDIT: Also, I had the impression the stems were actually brighter than this... Perhaps they were, a few hours ago, I guess? These fuckers are already way bigger than they were this morning.
That jello-thing in the middle has been there more or less the same size, just I'd say a 15% smaller for 2-3 days now, too...

Looks good to me. They're definitely edible. If you found those in the wild you know you'd be sitting bricks

Very hard to say with that pic. Sometimes mycelium can be off grey and thin. Other times it can be thick and pure white. Most grey contaminants are super fluffy and fuzzy. As well as extremely dark. I'm not saying it's clean, might be able to say for sure with a better pic after harvest, but at the moment my money would be on clean myc.

Awesome, I'll post an aftermath pic after harvesting!
Just a couple more questions and I'll see you in a few days for the next pic.
When harvesting, can I take the kit out of the bag to throw away the water deposited at the bottom of the bag and pick the shrooms easier from the kit?
Should I harvest ALL at once? Even if only a few are about to break their veils? Including underground ones?
Once done harvesting, should I fill it with lukewarm water for a couple of hours before setting it for the next hypotetical flush?
The end, not pestering you anymore, promise

Yes you can take it out of the bag and drain it
You can harvest as they mature. Keep in mind they'll probably all mature within 24 hours of each other.
You can do that sure! You can also mist heavily too. Really just need to get some moisture in there . Keep it glistening with no pooling water through the next flushes. Mist when it's dried up some
