Most effective glovebox design?

What is the most effective glovebox design?
Is the glovebox that roadkill uses to inoculate BRF cakes in Roger Rabbits Lets grow mushrooms DVD the best glovebox design for sterilization and maneuverability?
He uses a clear plastic storage box with arm holes cut out as a glovebox in the video.

The most effective GB design is a SAB(Still Air Box).

No gloves attached. Gloves attached are bad.

mine is really comfy i fit like 12 jars in there at once
You could go larger and build your own but this is the best build using tubs

Are those like pipes where the arms go through? What are those things exactly? Can anyone link me a great tek to making a still air box glovebox?
Also assuming that you must put on tyvek sleeves and latex gloves that have bee sterilized with alcohol before using the glovebox to inoculate am I right?

4" PVC cleanout adapters and plugs, they require a 4.5" hole to be drilled/melted, I also used gorilla glue to hold them in place.

1. Buy a clear tub.
2. Cut/melt 2 4.5" holes about 16 inches apart on center.
3. clue adapters in place.
4. (Optional) Tyvek sleeves ziptied to the inside of the adapters.

No, assume nothing.
All you need is a box with 2 arm holes, the glove go on your arms, not the box.
Secondly alcohol only sanitizes, it does not sterilize.
The point of a SAB is to create a draft free environment to work in.
If there are no air currents, nothing can possibly blow up onto our work.
It does not have to be sterile, sanirtary, or even clean for that matter, it just has to provide a draft free environment.
Clean and sanitary helps tons tho, all that said.

What purpose do the PVC cleanout adapters and plugs serve?
In RR's video his glovebox does not have PVC cleanout adapters and plugs glued into his glovebox.

They look pretty
They are more comfortable on the arms when compared to a 1mm thick melted rim of a plastic tub
They make great tyvek sleeve holders
They look pretty

Right, but mine does.
It's all personal preference, like I said, all you need is a box with 2 arm holes...the rest is all personal preference.

Here's my SAB, made by some glass-like plastic planes (dont know their name, 4mm thickness, clear, very light weighed) glued by silicone adhesives (the clear ones, often used for building aquariums mainly) my hands go inside that, through the 15x70 cm rectangle, which I cover with saran, like a curtain hanged.
and that glass part, can be taken apart from the system, or if you like, make a joint for it, so that it can be opened like a vertical-rotatory door (like shown in pic, the dot-lines)

Had no problem with it's size so far, and have inoc.ed 12 jars in it at once.

Looks pretty good man! must be nice for bringing big shit in, and cleaning
I just use this. Haven't switched to pvc yet. Probably just going to make a FH before improving my sab more. But it works great. I also don't mind the thin plastic
