 Going to England, i need info..

hello guys. In a few days i'll go to ENgland (i'll stay in Hadersfield or sth like that,it's 1 hour away from Liverpool i think) and i wanna know a few things.
1) can i find there any san pedros or peyote? and from where?
2) are there any wild active shroomiz? will i find this season?

Nope only through mail order

Huddersfield, it sounds like you might mean. Anyway, San Pedro and Peyote are available on UK web sites, so I don't see why you shouldn't be able to find them in head shops, and I know you can get mushrooms over the counter in them, because I have. I don't know how easy it'll be to find one in a directory, but if you see a shop with lots of cannabis and bong pictures in the window, you'll know you've come to the right place. Anyone know of a head shop directory online or elsewhere?

Is this peyote for use or growing? A peyote old enough to use would set you back about ?100. And you'd probably need at least 6-10 peyote so the trip would cost about ?1000.
No wild active shroomies at the mo, but you could order some now and have them waiting for you when you get there.

u r right about the peyote. I think i should go with san pedro. I believe that i will find san pedro there,am i right?
About the mushies, i don't think i need to order, as i know there are a few smartshops there from which i can buy anytime fresh shroomiz.

I don't know if you'll be able to find a shop selling San Pedro, so that's definitely worth ordering to be certain, if you can.

also, do you have a website about the english drug laws?

No, mescaline is class A and dried shrooms are class A. Fresh shrooms and cacti seem to get round the law.
Pot is being downgraded to Class C in a couple of weeks. I think Class C carries around a 2-7 year jail term.

Alex is right. Even though you can smoke weed at any place in England with no problems. There is a 5% chance to get busted or something but 95% the cops will just tell you "don't do it in public" or "don't do it again" and they 'll let u go.
Of course if u just smoke a joint not if u have kilos with you

Fresh mushrooms and cacti are legal in the UK but preperation (e.g. drying) makes them a class A drug (same as cocaine, LSD etc)
Pot is being downgraded to a Class C drug at the end of this month, which basically means if you're caught with small amounts you probably won't even be arrested. The government is also researching the medicinal value of cannabis and if it can be clinically proven that cannabis is of therapeutic value to MS sufferers, it may become legal for them to grow and consume it!
If you want to find out more about drug legislation in the UK try http://www.talktofrank.com which is basically just a drugs awareness site. It will tell you the legal side of each individual substance including the penalties involved for posession/supply

But I'd still take extreme care not to get caught. If the cops in a bad mood he can still basically do whatever the fuck he wants to you. Don't give him the chance.

dont know about shops in huddersfield but i know its legal to sell san pedro etc and fresh mushrooms over here. I know theres a shop in liverpool called heaven and earth that you might be able to find on the inet but its quite hidden. I have no problem getting different types of mushrooms and cacti from a well known shop in leamington.
PS yep dont mess with the police and dont smoke in public they will prob lock you up for a night if your wandering rou nd town tripping too (and causing a disturbance). D

No they will just take it of you and give your a caution, I was even busted for cultivation once with a proper set up with pums and lamps and still got a caution.

Yep youll get a caution for grass if they bother at all but one of my friends spent a night in a cell untill he calmed down because he was wondering about on acid and acting a bit crazy, lucky he had none on him. I just would not risk smoking in public because you lose your grass if nothing else.
