I had the same condensation problem with my pasty plates. Make sure to empty out any residual moisture that may have dropped down onto the agar(in a SAB of course). When the surface of the agar is relatively dry, then take your clone. Make sure to take from the very inside of the fruit. You only need a small piece.
When working inside your SAB, make sure not to let your hand hover over the plate and always flame sterilize, good sterile techniques are the most important aspect of having clean growth on your plates.

Too much condensation can create little pools like that. It looks like you lots of bacteria (clear bubbly area) and I have no idea what that white stuff is. No good though.
Are you just trying to clone here?

I do the no pour agar myself. A few things I've found is that first, I let the agar cool before putting the lids on,before PC'ing. Which only takes a few minutes,if that. I also put a paper towel between the lid and foil, which I remove after I PC. Then I "tent" the foil, to let some airflow in, but still cover the top. I usually just leave them like that in my SAB with the arm holes open. Letting them cool in the PC before removing seemed to help a little. Just have to make sure they're level, or your agar will pool to one side. I only use about 1-2 Tbsp of agar mix, just enough to cover the ridge on the bottom of the cup. Finally, I give them about 4-5 days at room temp, and most of the moisture seems to disappear. If it doesn't I lightly tap them on the table, to consolidate it into a few drops. I'll either wait till that disappears, or when I'm in the SAB I'll tip it over and remove the excess onto a paper towel before doing the transfer.
Honestly though, the most I've had to wait is a week before there's 0 moisture/condensation left. Not sure if it's evaporating, or being absorbed, or both. But I can say, with proper sterile procedure and dry dishes I've had almost no contams.
I tried it with the condensation like that once, with almost the same results as you have.
