Morel spores?

Hey,
I did a search but aside from broken links and places that don't sell them anymore, all I could find was this:
http://www.mycelia.be/en/sales-products/e/mother-cultures/mother-culture-in-petri-dish
They are asking $100 and I'm not sure if that's just for the oysters and such.
Is anyone aware of another supplier of quality morel spores?
The only other place I found them is eBay but I refuse to buy something labeled "mushroom seeds"
Thanks in advance!

Considering morel can be kind of a crapshoot anyways, I'd go with the cheaper deal from the aution site. Especially if your going to buy actual spores...does Mycelia even carry these? These's also extra costs involved when shipping cultures to the US from mycelia.
Morels are an extremely popular mushroom, but also many many average people who are morel lovers & hunters only know this mushroom - and literally know nothing else about any other mushroom species.
This is partly why I consider the morel a "Fad-Mushroom", and become annoyed selling at market during morel season.
So, just because the person selling them on ebay advertises them as: "mushroom seeds" it may only be because lots of his sales are driven by "under-knowledged" morel lovers, and may not be a reflection of his myco-knowledge.

Nice, thanks!
And yeah, maybe the eBay ones are okay but I trust that ^ more.
Besides, the guy got several bad ratings all saying ontaminated from people who ovbiously aren't new to this
Thanks again, I'm bookmarking that page.
Hopefully they will still be in stock when I finish moving.
I've wanted to grow these for a while; I'm gonna try charred wood and fruiting from the sclerotia (the latter is from a patent I found)
edit: oh, and guaiacol -- i wonder if that is what is in the charred wood they like
edit edit: i might not be that far off:

cultures from clones are...not as good as from spores. which you probably already know. I have a print taken from some found last spring. they are viable but contaminated as they have been sitting out in the open air in my warehouse since march. they only seem to drop spores onto plates and bowls that I store them in :/
so I'm going to run some again now that I know they'll germinate. and have extra plates ready to transfer them to before the mold sporeulates. if you want a culture I can let you know if and when I get one clean and isolated. if you have any antibiotics send it my way ;p

I've got some swabs from a morel I found this spring.

If the ebay seller was selling spores (or seeds lol) then odds are they were all dirty from being wild collected. Anyone that ordered them and then complained of contamination must have been beginners.

I have a Morchella culture I created from a spore print. I would have to check to see if it is still viable, a little over a year old now. Last I worked with it, it was still strong.

Hmm... Maybe there *is* a point to getting a sterile mycelial culture, then.
Worst case I'll just get a clean isolate.
I plan on doing several seperate spawn runs just so I can try different things anyway.
If I can get this to fruit just by adding guaiaicol I'm gonne laugh. Kinda doubt it, but that would be neat.

Hah, thanks!
Well, this won't be for a bit anyway.
My lease is up on the first and I don't think I am staying here but we shall see.
