Yes. Be careful not to let that dry out anymore though. Mad Season was right, you can mist if it happens, but the sub ends up getting matted and the water tends to sit on top and it doesn't perform nearly as well as if you don't let it dry out in the first place. That's what happened in a tub of mine last year.

It's a delicate balance I know.

i'm gonna monitor tomorrow up until i go and try my best to dial it in, ill have a friend here while im away to keep an eye on the moisture

also, the bottoms holes on my tub aren't directly above the substrate. maybe and inch or a bit more above it. i was thinking to keep the bottom holes stuffed as they are (not extremely tight but theyre in there) to help fae and evaporation since theyre not at sub level. but ill decide that friday night before i leave. got evaporation rings around the most holes right now

Cool. If you're doing the whole bottom tight top light thing with the poly, then there is no such thing as having the bottom holes too tight. Get those nice and stuffed and leave them alone...only adjust the top poly or your fan.

the discoloration on the right side is from the metabolites drying up. also how does the evaporation on my bottom holes look? (i know you can only see one) but im trying to figure out if i should stuff them tighter
