Is this a psilocybe mushroom ?

Habitat: Found on a pasture where you would usually find psilocybe semilanceata, cow shit everywhere haha.
Gills: Light creamy color
Stem: 4cm in length, 5mm diameter, color white, bluish towards bottom, texture, hollow and thick
Cap: Diameter 1cm, color very light tan, smooth and rather flat.
Bruising: Blue

Looks to be psilocybe species, take a print on white paper.
Where in the world was it found too? Might help narrow it down. Looks like a wood lover, not unusual in pastures but not common either.

If you are in the PNW I am very interested.
EDIT: I think there are some blue bruising Stropharia that you can find in pastures though.

They dont bruise blue, they are blue haha
