I have had great sucsess wit agar only have had like 3 outa 100 plates contam but I tried some different strains this one being treasure coast is this cobweb or a contam or is this how treasure coast looks like

Like Kizzle said, probably a contaaminant but not cobweb.

That radial growth pattern doesn't seem like either.
