I've never used something like the hulls you have there in the photos, but the hulls (husks) that hold the Wheat or Spelt grains are very much like chopped straw, but cleaner because they come from higher up on the plant. You pasteurize them just like straw. You can usually get them in a bag like grain.

That hpoo looks fantastic, that's field aged manure...mix that with some straw, verm, at a 1:1:1 and a handful of gypsum if you can get it...and get ready for some beautiful shrooms!!
Remember you have to pasteurize it!

Well, i used the horse manure with white spots, i mixed with my wheat spawn (when i opened the jars smelled a bit acid) and after 7 days looks like this (i took off the tape and put poly for fruiting stage, i smelled again and fresh ):
¿How it looks? This is my first grow! Mini mono

The mini mono won´t start pinning. 10 days have passed since i put in "fruiting" conditions, but i only see more fluffy mycelium. Whats the average pinning formation time? The mini mono is in a very still room (no air movement) at 82 °F, once a day i take off the lid and ventilate a little. Should i put a fan in the room to increase FAE?

Im going to die Today I walked up and mist the mini mono a little bit with a pulverizer for the first time. I went to work and when I came back and I saw this WTF yesterday looked so good
It's contaminated right? trichoderma? What should I do?

Updates:
Day 24 from fruiting Many shrooms have grown and many pins are starting to grow. Its very uneven with too much no grow space, Why can this happen?
Should i cut the ready ones right? Can this be called a flush? Im from argentina and here a dehydrator costs 150 usd, is there another good possibility to dry them ?
Any advices? Moist? Fan? Anything?

Not sure about cubes, but 24 days seems a lot, mostly fruiting on the outsides. There is a pattern and it's telling you something, I'm no cube pro.
However I see a lot of rhizomorphs in the center.
