Has any rock star aged more gracefully than ... ???
    #22313318 - 09/30/15 10:34 AM (8 years, 3 months ago)

John Fogerty.  Just saw a DVD of a 2009 performance at Royal Albert Hall doing his CCR hits and some new stuff.  WOW!!!  Was 65 then ... at Woodstock ... huge star ... could fill two greatest hits collections easily with A-list material.

Sounds better than ever, looks great, his guitar is way better than the original recordings.

Did anyone from the Woodstock era age better than Fogerty?  I can't think of anyone ...

(the "Coming Down The Road" DVD is a a must see if you like Fogerty/CCR)

If you never considered Fogerty a killer guitar player, check this out ...

When ever I see pictures of the surviving members of Led Zeppelin, it looks like John Paul Jones is a zillion years younger than Page and Plant.

I saw Plant this Summer on tour with his band ... he sounded and looked fantastic.  About 50% of the set list were Led Zep songs ...

I just googled "Eric Clapton 2015" to see what he looks like nowadays.  Kinda has a bit of a Stan Lee thing going on.

He's not as old as the other guys yet, but as long as Slash keeps dying his hair, he'll look the same as he did in '89.

Springsteen's a stud, but wouldn't consider him a Woodstock Era rock star.

Santana's still kicking ass too.

Keanu Reeves's aging is so incredible that he's had to grow his hair long and a mini beard just to subdue the vampire rumors that were beginning to form.
