First timer, wondering if this is any good

(pics are down more, in my third post, the first ones were even worse...)
(The pictures make the shroom look darker than it is, and are blurry... its the damn camera on my shitty phone)
Habitat: Umm... I found it growing out of the ground, close to my pond, near some tall grass... in Tennessee.
Gills: they look grey/black
Stem: I didnt know I needed the stem when I picked it, but I have a tiny piece. Its white.
Cap: white/grey, convex
Spore print color: W.I.P (dont have much of one yet, but it kinda looks black (tried to take a photo of it, dunno how it turned out)
Bruising: I didnt see any color change
Other information: Anything that you might be able to tell off of the photos?

Try holding the camera a bit further back and then crop the picture if you just want to show the mushroom. It can't focus at that distance.

The spore print color is black, I can take a picture If i need to, and I'll try to take better pictures of the actual shroom later, see if I can get some less blurry...
(this picture isnt an actual picture of my spore print, but it looks a lot like it. The one I did wasnt as defined, but they look about the same, ill upload a pic of my actual print when I can...)

i think your images are blury because you don't have enough light, or you're shaking too much.
try and hold your camera on something steady and hold the paper/mushroom on another object... or bring in more lights.
are you using a point and shoot?

its a crappy camera in an even more shitty phone (that is old as hell, some kind of LG Optimus or something). I'll try to find some better lighting and, yes, I'm sure I was shaking. Its hard for me to stay still for some reason... I've heard that if the print is black, it wont kill you, is that true?

idk the answer to that one bud. that doesn't seem like a rule i would trust but maybe its true!
if you can at least get the camera steady (prop it between books?) then the images should be much better.

You think it would be safe to try? "What doesnt kill you..." right?
edit: could it be Copelandia cyanescens? I've just been poking around some of the threads here related to shrooms in TN, and that actually looks a lot like the one I found, but I'm not expert...
