Is this good so far, any recommendations for next time and advise for the future

Soil is the same that garden vegetables grow from.

Had not been watered for a while to make transplant easy.

Has been transplanted to much larger pot, with the same soil, but this time the soil has been mixed with bagged compost because the pot in the picture only had 1 inch of soil in, is a beedroom pot plant, lives on the windowsill in the sun.

looks like it could use a little nitrogen or nutes... probably better and more soil. also, looks like it could do with some more light.

you have claw leaf, which means at some point you over-watered.

Less water, let it dry out then give it a good watering. Id put it in the biggest container that you can, no need to transplant it a bunch of times.
