Yellow metabolite water pooled in monotub. Any chance?

I've posted similiar threads but this is a new monotub and I might be repeating my mistakes.
Yellow metabolite water has pooled in this tub during colonization and is now a yellow, gel-like material. The myc is not looking healthy but is fully colonized, and I exposed to fresh air a few minutes ago. There are lots of micro pins forming all over the substrate, presumably since I let this tub "consolidate" for quite a while before initiating pinning. It seems to want to fruit badly.
Should I toss this yellow, has anyone had success with pinning from yellow subs before? I couldn't get clear pics of the micro pins but they are ALL over the substrate.

Fresh air and loose poly is all I know, lol. It dries up the metabolite water quickly but leaves a disgusting yellow stain on the myc that soon turns to blue bruising.
My other tub is also suffering from it, but worse.

Take a clean paper towel and dab up the yellow stuff if you want. I would. Then I would mist the Hell out of it and get all that aerial mycelium to lay down. It's a tad dry.
