Yes its on a 15A breaker, it used to be on a GFI but the shitty GFI would trip when the lights would kick on. I keep all the electrical connections outside the chamber. The only wires going inside the chamber are the three fan cords, swamp cooler pumps and the ultrasonics. When i move the chamber i plan to clean up the wiring a lot and eventually move the humidification pail and exhaust rig outside the chamber for more space, that will leave me with just the circulation fan and humidity probes inside the chamber.

so in the improved build the exhaust fan for the spores and negative pressure would be kept outside?
gr0wer, what type of humidity senesor are you using to monitor the rh and how well has it worked for you?

Im using a syntheic human hair analog dead center then two digital probes mounted up in the corner behind the circulation fan. I havent had to replace a probe yet and all three gauges read within a few %. The two digitals are spot on each other.

And yes the fan will be outside the chamber sucking from the chamber to a hole in the garage wall with an exhaust duct of some sort, probabbly something like a large dryer exhaust.

For those who arent following me on my youtube channel my wife and I purchased a house and I'm moving the grow to a large two car garage. Here is my latest video on the layout Not much of an upgrade in total space or grow capacity, just a much better layout where everything is together and no random clutter around me. It will have a dedicated lab area made of 2x4 and clear poly with Positive HEPA pressure and A/C so im not sweating my nuts off making bags. I'm renting a truck next weekend and ill be moving the grow, giving it a through washdown before going in. The exhaust will no longer go under the garage door, it will go up and out the 2nd story roof, about 30' high. I also plan to redo the humidification system upgrading to celdek which is a much superior but more expensive cooling media, and it can be washed.

Shelving for grain and sacks

4" PVC exhaust out the roof

Dryer duct exhaust with louvers for 55 gal drum sterilizer exhaust.

And holy hell am i hurting, i just moved those sacks 2x since i just put that shelving in, and one shelf needed to be adjusted after being loaded so i had to move them an additional time. That's almost 2 tons of moving bags.

How much you looking at spending on the new cooling system? I'm debating on what I want to use, because I sure don't want to use a window AC

Wow, moving your whole cultivation space must be quite the task! If I was in the area I'd totally lend a hand. So are you taking your fabbed walls and everything? Like a Chinese backwards engineering deal? Tear it all down and rebuild it all again? Sounds intimidating, - will be looking forward to seeing your new space!

The whole grow room will get emptied of the bags and shelving then jacked up and put onto dollies. Ill cart it upto the trucks liftgate and lift up the one end then push the ass end in. I might need to use some comealongs, we will see. Im guessing the grow weighs about 1k lbs.  There will be 4 of us making the move.

The new swamp cooler im gussing will be like $200? Im not sure on the design yet but i know the cheapest celdek i can find is like $80. Im also thinking of replacing the banks of ultrasonic foggers with a .8 gph fogger on a solenoid control then some long ducting to allow for full evaporation. More to come once the grow gets moved.

Yeah I had a similar idea that I saw someone use on an greenhouse for their swamp cooler, but had no idea what materials they used and that looks spot on.  This is what I plan to do is run duct down the center of my chamber opposite directions of shelving, I really like adding a fogger into it as well.

I plan to have the same concept, with a duct going up then across the length of the chamber with holes cut for even distribution. Ill be using some 6" poly tubing as ducting so i can remove and replace it as needed. I also plan on adding more circulation fans, i noticed my top shelf with a fan blowing down the length of the shelving gives me much better looking dense short clusters due to the higher airflow.

Good luck to you, I am really interested how well this goes for you, as I will be moving in 2-3 years, and will have to setup again.  Are you getting any kind of refrigerated truck or just a moving truck?

Im only moving 10 miles away, i got a Penskee 26' truck after realizing a uhaul is not large enough to fit it, the doorway is too small. All the fruits will get picked then bags will go into garbage bags and marked for the shelf/batch number. Move the chamber and within a few hours the bags will be back on the shelves again. My main concern is the temp of my new garage, much more exposure vs the townhome i was in. Ill try to take pics/vids of the move.

hey grower, would you mind going over your fresh air intake/circulation/exhaust setup. How long are you running, if on a timer? Looking into my FAE options for a 8'x6'x7' greenhouse. Thanks dude and hope the move is comin along for ya

Drake, yea the one i got had 600 miles on it, nothing like the clunkers from u-haul.

I have a 6" vent tech inline blower feeding the swamp cooler bucket 24/7 with a control knob to adjust to exhaust volume flow.

How about exhaust? I saw that you had one inside the fruiting chamber that had a protective bucket over it and exhausted out the garage. Is it the same size/model as your intake fan?

I want to do that when I get a garage.. maybe.  On one hand, I think I would get too many mushrooms.  But can you ever have too many?

It is the upgrade from the terrarium I got.   But the auto-terrarium is nice, I just need temperature control on it ;(

My exhaust was the same as intake. I just recently swapped to a 4" since my exhaust duct is 4" but i think im going to do a 6" fan feeding a 4" fan to get more pressure and flow out the 4" exhaust pipe.
