You could try cutting out the bad parts. The stems seem to look ok, and you really don't need that much of these for a dose .

I picked them. The stems are fresh, so I'll keep them and put the caps in my mulch. There were plenty of ones completely rotted to allow for more to grow. I grabbed the best looking ones

I took more pics, some aren't bad, I think the ones in pic 1 are good. I think I could get away with cuttin the black out of the not-so-bad ones, the ones completely gone are going in my mulch, and I'm keeping the stems. Any further opinions? The one with the face on it is giving me bad vibes lol. Like the poor thing was sad to be rotting

Eat them for science. Record your trip then we'll know for sure. Hehe
I think they look potent as shit. Potent as idk I'd eat those they just look heavily bruised to me. Maybe if there is rot cut it out. I'm feeling a shroomy vibe

Lol it's definitely rot, not bruise. It has that slimy goo feeling to it. I think I'll cut them out

Eat fresh or dry them as fast as possible. Not a problem, make tea if the blackness grosses you out.

I cut out the rotted parts, and the ones that were unsalvageable, I it off the stem and put the caps in my pots with alder chips from my patch I found last year. And they are drying right now. Still a decent amount. I didn't weigh them wet, but eager to see what they weigh dry. Got three pins in there already but they could be agrocybe? (Spelling)
