[ID Request] Hopefully Liberty caps - Ireland.

Habitat: These were found just outside of Belfast, up a mountain where cattle graze earlier in the year. Forests further down the mountain but these were found at a higher altitude where there weren't many trees, found amongst grass not too many other species of plant near where these sprouted.
Gills: Gills are a brownish yellow, some are slightly darker brown bordering black(but I believe that might just be the dirt) One or two of them have quite light gills, they may look white in the photo (which I've been advised to avoid) but they're closer to grey/ light brown than white. All found in the same general vicinity - so I'm assuming they're the same species.
Stem: Stem length varies greatly from a few millimeters to about 3 inches.
Cap: Caps are yellow-ey brown. They all have that distinctive 'nipple' I've been told to look out for - and stick when pressed to my upper lip. (Again was advised this is a way to check if they're liberty caps) There's 3-4 on the left of the photo which are very brown and have more of a rounded top and less prominent nipple. But I still personally think they're the same species.
Spore print color: Currently waiting for the spore print, SWIM cut the stem away from one of the caps and put it's gills down on white paper, under a glass. So hopefully we'll have a print in a few hours.
Bruising: The mushrooms have a few darker patches on them, the yellow ones 'bruise' brown, and the darker ones 'bruise' dark brown/black. I'm not sure if these are bruises or just discoloration.
Other information: This is the first time SWIM has picked mushrooms so would appreciate any help in identifying them. Really hoping they're liberty caps.
While looking for them I banged into someone from a fauna conservation group for the area, who asked was I looking for food or psychedelics. He advised me I was looking in the right area for Liberty Caps, and he use to come here for the same purpose, but now just forages for food. He also advised me that where we were I wouldn't actually find any death caps, and the likelyhood of me finding any poisonous mushrooms this high up was unlikely. (Obviously I've no idea who this man was and can't vouch for the legitimacy of his apparent knowledge, but he seemed to know a fair bit and recommended a few books)
I'm experienced with truffles having tried them in the Netherlands a few times. Eating between 7-15 grams of the what I was told were quite strong truffles. I believe they were of the mexicana variety and atlantis?
I've never tried actual mushrooms and was also hoping as well as help identifying these if anyone could advise what weight of them should SWIM try to experience similar effects to the truffles? Do they eat them raw or should they dry them out/ have them in tea.
Thanks
P.S. If different angles or better quality photos are needed let me know. Tried my best to get them all in shot showing gills and caps.

Around 15-20 would produce a light trip, 35 decent sized ones would be say medium and anything higher would be a heavy trip, just depends what you are looking for I guess. There is lots of info on the web regarding dosasge!
