toxic salt buildup can also cause this issue, however i have not added any additional fertilizers.
Lime neutralizes the pH, sweetpea. it only raises the pH if the soil is acidic. it is pH neutral at 7.0.
if anything, my tapwater is at 8, so it might be slightly too alkaline... but the others would be showing the same thing, and the lime should buffer against high pH as well.
all three plants are in the same soil mix, with the same distance from the light, with the same temperatures. how would any of them be any different?
i'm going to have to wait a day to take a pH sample and i have a feeling it's going to make me run the risk of overwatering them at this stage as i will essentially have to fill the entire container till i get runoff.
i will see about it in a couple days.

I've had plants of same strain behave differently. She'll be growing like a weed in no time.
I always misted my plants in veg, once every other day minimum, more so as they got bigger and fuller. Just H2O, no foliage feeding.
I live in a dusty-ass 100 year old house w/ 3 cats... My grow wasn't in a 'tent', and with my intake/circulation fan at floor level, even filtered, my plants would get dusty. Plus it was a good way stir up any bugs hiding in the plants once they got bushy.(the plants, not the bugs ) I figure that they'd be getting rained on anyway if they were outside .
Also, I always kept a small bowl of water in my grow, one at soil level, then another one at canopy height when they got taller. Figured it would add humidity to my dry air environment. This also was a good way to monitor the presence of flying pests. They'd land on the water and drown.
I got a bag of FFOF early on that apparently was contaminated with gnats eggs or something, they just suddenly appeared when I started using that bag of soil. Treated the plants and after a few days, I never caught anymore gnats in my 'water traps', only an occasional fly or a tiny little green bee lookin' thing now and then.

it is very curious as to why you are so insecure. both in ratings, and how you delete your post history. i took a look, and you've deleted quite a few posts. Pro-tip: if no one replies to your post, it becomes a ninja delete and no regular user can see it... best to not do that though.
seriously though, don't worry so much about what other people think of you. you provided some help both here and on the boards, which i appreciate but ya gotta stop with that stuff lol
@vinsue: i've been misting them a couple times a day for the added humidty and really trying to get that one particular plant to come around and be as beautiful as the other two. one is REALLY taking off now, and i'm about to top all of them.
they just grow up so fast

word of advice in case it wasn't already made known to you, it is highly looked down on upon to delete your posts, especially in mushroom hunting/id and cultivation. i'd imagine it is the case in other places as well... if the mods catch on they may ban you for that kind of behavior as it is against the rules last i checked. i deleted earlier posts when i first started here at the forums out of paranoia but i no longer do that.
as for the lime, i got the bag long ago. i checked it last night, it's definetly not quicklime (toxic to plants) and it's not hydrated lime which doesn't last as long as a buffer as regular lime. it's just good old gardening lime, i suspect it as Dolomite lime which the cultivation manual talks about. it's good stuff man, has plenty of magnesium and calcium to help the plant grow. i really recommend it as an additive as it's even helped the caapi and psychotria plants i have

Word! Yeah i am almost certain This is dolomite lime, i'm gonna have to really check again, but i really think its that because it's a big heavy bag i picked up from a landscaping company for pretty cheap, forget what i paid.
The cultivation guide i tend to reference from is The Grow Bible by George Cervantes, awesome manual if you get a chance to pick it up.

All of them got topped today, just pressed the terminal node far enough to pop it off. Did it with latex gloves too!

Could be a sensitive plant. Do you rotate the plants daily, or leave them in one spot? I ask because some hoods//reflectors, and reflective surfaces can cause hot spots. Maybe worth looking into.

Good to see you stoney, I'll be starting a log over on your side soon...
i noticed when i first set everything back up that it indeed was little brighter in this particular corner with this plant... i've just rotated them this morning... i've now checked on them about 30 minutes ago and i can't swear to it, but looks like there are some minor changes in the 'smoothness' of the newer growth... have not rotated up until this point
we shall see what this brings to the plants!

See we shall. Hope it works out for ya, I hate seeing a plant in distress.. I'd also recommend getting that fan and filter hung at the top of the room, and off the floor.

it's too heavy... it's impossible for just me to hoist it up there and strap it.. i wish i could do that. seems to work ok though where it is, plus the box said to keep it upright for some reason.

update... new growth is skinny and very light green and this is what started happening on my other plants... i watered and fed last night and like a dummy forgot to pH the water to 7. i will be flushing in about 4 days time, or however long it takes to dry out the dirt and for the plants to get a lil thirsty.
stoney... i think it's about time i started that grow log tonight

The pale color is an indication that the plant is doing work it cant afford to do nutrient wise. Probably lacking nitrogen at this stage. You want to go very light on nutrients for a plant so young though.
The leaf edge curl is an indication of heat stress. Raise your light further. That'll help it green up also.
Can you locate any gypsum?
