Hi folks I have been studying some of Ingo Swann's books and videos and I am interesting in learning how to develop some of these natural tendencies that humans have but fail to know how to develop.
I have a spiritual background, and would be considered not a newbie.
Any suggestions of good books?

Hey brother,
The one book I recommend is Powers Within, by Sri Aurobindo & The Mother;
As for myself, I always experienced a huge amount of coincidences in my life, & got to see some lovely stuff after being around these parts; I am half of the opinion of F. Herbert from Dune - his more or less conclusion from considering prescience. . . but also my understanding of it has always been it's pretty much a good understanding of cause & effect.
It also works more on a global scale, than in individual lives - this runs akin to Asimov's Foundation series - he wasn't quite spiritual, but, heck it's been years, but Foundation series was lovely. . . and that's off-topic, but
ya, Powers Within is beyond incredible. . . I came across these lovely - at 18. . . some days I used to wonder - how did my h'art get called to the best teachers, so good? Milarepa, Amma, Sri Mirra and others all in a year or two. . .
so Powers Within talks about every mental and spiritual faculty basically - it is also about, pretty much, evolving into love, although that is my phrase.
As far as developing spiritual faculties, it is the best.
Good fortune.

Ingo Swann wrote a book called 'Everybody's Guide to Natural ESP', that might be a good place to start

Ingo also says something along the lines of "people who practice certain techniques like meditation etc also report similar side effects such as bi-location, out of body experiences, telepathy and so on ... so these effects are a symptoms of changed perceptions and shouldn't be sought as a goal in themselves but recognized as indicators that you are expanding your awareness and your frames of reference'. Basically, they are a fun byproduct of spiritual growth but not the end goal, more like sign posts.
