Anybody know what these are :) ? * 1

Was walking through the woods behind my house and stumbled across these growing by a tree trunk.

They looked interesting and i had nothing on me but my pocket so I carried half of a cap home to do a spore print, it turned out orange/red.

The stems on these things where white with no rings on them however I forgot to take a picture

I tried to bruise it and there was no color change.

Any ideas?
