Now I understand you. Von Trier is complete shit. You just have an odd taste in movies.

Bro, Europa is great. You must be racist against your own people. Or people around you, I'm not sure exactly where you live.

For not liking works of that piece of shit director? Thats absurd. Where does that nonsense even come from?

Calling people racist for absurd reasons is funny. And yes because of that. Have you seen Europa? Or Medea?

Watching Von Trier's stuff is torture. He makes his movies for his own twisted enjoyment and doesnt do a damn thing to appeal to the viewer. Its him fapping basically.

Saying that and liking A Serbian Film is inexplicable. It's all those things. Also what is wrong with making movies for your own enjoyment? Why else would one make a movie if one actually cares about them.

You ever see that PG rated movie Lynch made about old dude driving a tractor across America?  I'm blanking on the name...

I didnt like Lost Highway.

LOL "The Straight Story"

real inventive title.

Lost Highway was still weird as fuck. most David Lynch movies are better than most movies, i'd say.

PS: Asante you need to watch Charlotte Gainsbourg getting raped to really appreciate Von Evil.

Great movie, great soundtrack too. Showed that to a lot of my friends who were just like "WTF? Is this really a movie about an old guy driving a lawnmower?". Some people don't get movies without shiny things and lots of flashing lights/explosions.

That soundtrack is beautiful. The shots over the fields with that one piece playing are great.

A director's function is to entertain his audience just like its a bus drivers function to take the passengers, not where he likes to go but where they need to be. With Von Trier the audience serves the director.
