Went for a little hunt and stumbled upon a lonely little Fly Agaric picked it just to give it a try in a small dose, although i understand potency and size can vary. Just wanted to share the photo with you all, I am going to allow it to air dry in my room for a few days and then grind it up and consume with Tea, although i have heard of smoking it in a pipe i was wondering if anyone had any experiences with this?
Also i Found this really unusual purple mushroom, never heard of or seen it before and wondered if anyone could shed any light?

Thanks!

Occidental is derived from a Latin word for the direction west, occidens, and is a term sometimes used to refer to the European continent. The corresponding term Oriental ("of the Orient") is of similar derivation: it is taken from the Latin for east, oriens.
I just learned this the other day and thought I'd share.

Both specimens you found are very pretty.
I love Amanita mushrooms, they are so majestic looking.

That depends where he is in the world. If it was Europe or certain parts of America it would just be Laccaria amethystina. The former are bigger though and since they are also edible that is a good thing, for those that want to eat them
