Looks like bacteria imo. Still water on the caps, and not enough fae is what causes it imo.

A bad case of bacterial blotch maybe?
Could be from standing water on the caps. Water drips from the lid onto the cap and if it doesn't evap, it can cause bacterial growth.
I'm not 100 percent, but I would say bacterial blotch for sure.
Edit: Mad beat me to it!

Why do I not have enough FAE? I have two fans running on medium creating a circular draft. Top holes loose, bottom holes tight. The humidifier in my room was a new addition maybe I should stop running it?

Because fae will get still water to evaporate faster than it would for it to get bacterial on the caps. Try loosening the poly some more. Tbh i don't even have poly in my top holes, and I use 4 fairly big top holes.

If you are doing monotubs, you definitely do not need a humidifier.
The ambient humidity in the room means nothing, the tub will hold humidity just fine on its own

I took all the poly out of my holes just now for some FAE. I'll put them back in soon. I got a feeling that once this problem shows up its not gonna go away or get fixed though am I right? I've been leaving the poly out of my top two holes on the sides though, or if I put some in just barely any at all. What a bummer. Ugly fruits still do the trick though I guess.
