I've actually never been arrested and have had only a few run ins with talking to police. The closest I came was dunk in public and dui
Yeah I didn't really know you could either. I found out I had a warrant and wanted to go ahead and set up the bond so I could be in and out as fast as possible when they finally did arrest me and then the bondsman told me I could post a no jail bond. Kind of a pain in the ass, because I live about an hour away from the courthouse for our county. So I had to pay and then take the paper the bondsman gave me up to the county jail. But 2 hours of drive time is better than even an hour of jail time.
It also kinda freaked me out to be going to the very place I was trying to avoid I couldn't shake the thought that I was just walking to my own execution or something. Like I'd show up say I have a warrant and they'd arrest me and put me in jail anyways.
Never spent a single minute actually locked up in jail (It took forever to wait in line at the front of the jail to turn the paper in though). Ended up getting a year of probation.

Criminal Mischief. I won't really go much further into detail than that. I did a really immature stupid thing that caused a bunch of damage and narrowly avoided a felony charge by a few hundred dollars.

Fifth Amendment
The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
--------------------
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Yes. Yes you can.
Not where I'm from. You need to go through an application have a job that pays at least three times the rent and you have to be at least 19 to sign contracts.

Wherever you live must have a giant homeless population for requirements like that. Like seriously, most of the people I know who live in apartments are barely scraping by.

Quartknee said: So basically me and my boyfriend had a altercation at the place we both work at. We were there alone, with customers, at the restraunt. Stuff got out of hand after fighting and getting physical. I was going out checking my tables crying and he was acting like a weirdo watching out the kitchen all creepy when I walked out and just weird, I was crying pretty hard and a table came up to the front to pay and they saw him " grabbing" me which at the time he wasn't just trying to calm me. Anyways they asked if they needed to call the cops. I said no. They did anyways. I knew it was coming so I told him to leave. So the cops came and I was shaken at what had happened, " it was pretty bad" and told them. Later I relised I hate the police and wouldn't wish jail upon my worst enemy. I went back and made a new statement saying I was drunk and lied about the whole thing, I have an alcoholic history and run in with cops so I figured this could hold up well,
So two weeks later I call the cop that talked to me to talk, he came to my work which was super dead at the time and talked about my second statement to which he said " well you're going to have to go to jail for lie on on one of these statements. Which one you choose" and then he said he was calling his supervisor and started walking outside and literally said don't run. He walked outside to the side of the building I went and grabbed my cigs and dipped out the back and ran, waited behind a dumpster till my bf, got me. We went back to our apt for some dumb reason and at like midnight we were talking light one and heard knocking. We ran into my our room away from windows and he kept agressivly banging, then banging in an annoying tune, just being obnoxious. Blue lights were shining in the room from the back but we just stayed still and silent. 30 min in it stopped and our friend drove by and told us right as she was driving up our street she saw 3 cop cars driving away. We ran to our car and left think g they'd come back with a warrent. Two days later I stayed there alone and at 12 in the afternoon I was woken by knocking again and again ignored it. I don't know why they don't just come in. I mean we have warrents? It's just been crazy few days.
Get out of the relationship now. Your boyfriend is abusive and the cycle will only get worst.

No, stay with him and tell everyone that deep down he really loves you and they just haven't seen his sensitive side yet. Strangling you is just his way of saying "welcome home honey"

I know I just thought I would reiterate the point since I can't stand people that beat their girlfriends. I haven't even talked to my friend in like two months because he did that and some other shit.
