Chupacabra caught alive in 2015?

This video was posted on youtube and social media. I cant find any information about its story, but video shows a strange dog-like creature caged up and is obviously real. Seemly posted yesterday? What you think it is? Anyone have more info on its origin?

I saw that video awhile ago so whoever posted it simply, reposted it.
I feel sorry for the creature, he obviously doesn't want to be held captive. Would be curious to know what it is; sure as FUCK don't buy the chupra cobra/alien bull shit.

looks like a sloth to me, with those huge claws. it could have mange or be some hairless species
could be wrong though. maybe it is the goatsucker.

Actually, yeah, it looks more like a baby bear now that I looked at the video again. It's behaving like one, too. Its snout is too long to be a sloth. It looks like a baby bear with a fur condition.
