Mono, for sure. Large yields and they're stackable. You can't stack SGFC's.
You can leave a tub for days, you can't leave a sgfc for days.

just depends what ure looking to do
if you want to go for a high yield of one strain or to get alot of clean prints then mono for sure
but if you wanna maybe do more than one strain or variety at a time with smaller yield or without a large loss of substrates if something contams then i go sgfc or green house
it really just depends what you wanna do i switch between my greenhouse and monos based on what im working with and results im trying to achieve
-------------------- Looking for rare exotics like the tecorums , pan tropics, or p. Hispanica pm if you got what im looking for

Thanks for the info. I read om here that they conatam less because polyfil is essentially a filter. I net Pan Cyans wouls do good ina monotub as they seem to be more prone to cotamms. P. caerulupes i want to try as they like it moire wet than other shrooms. Thanks guys.

Its a Monotub safer about contams than a Shotgun terrarium? I´m going to prepare a few quart wheat grain jars and i dont know already if go to monotub or Shotgun. I would prefer a greater yield but i dont want to be risky and have chances of lost all the colonized jars
Cheers from argentina!

They are equally susceptible to your own ignorance. Fruiting chamber has nothing to do with contams. It's your own sloppy technique that will mess it up everytime.

As everyone else has pretty much said, monotub. Minimonos to be specific. Better for checking out cultures, less eggs in one basket, etc. If you for some reason find you are trying to grow a species or variety that likes or needs a shitton of FAE, try the monotub shotgun hybrid design. You can also make those out of plastic lid lasagnia pans from the dollarstore. Great for testing out a quart of spawn.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...
