When they ran the tests, my bilirubin did start to rise, but it wasn't in danger zone levels.
I explained the dormant stage of the poison to them, but realized I was better off at home. I had shit over 75 times in 4 days. Bleeding from my anus.
I went home and kept pounding milk thistle and charcoal. On the 6th day started taking vitamin K to thicken my blood and slow it down, as I continued with the milk thistle and charcoal.
I still take those supplements to this day.....but I drink a lot too

Vandago:
Thanks for commenting. I live in a small town, and while our medical facilities are good, I seriously doubt anyone would know what to do in a situation like yours. Some friends of mine were recently poisoned (Scleroderma sp) and they described their ER treatment as little more than observation, IV fluids, and being handed a basin to puke in. The mushroom wasn't identified until I was shown a photo, about a week later.
After talking with the amatoxin expert, what did your doctors do by way of treatment?

Ya. I should do dumb things and NOT learn from it and try to help others. It was a mistake.

The doctors did nothing. They asked when they could do and I told them that I needed sylabinin if things got worse, which I am sure the mycologoist told them too. When I told them the drug name they instantly called a specialist in from another state. When she arrived she told me that this hospital had no idea mushroom poisoning was even a thing! She said not even a month prior a 92 year old woman ate a death cap. She said they treated it like food poisoning for 2 weeks before they realized it was something else. They said after 17 days she had to have part of her liver removed, and had to be on medication the rest of her life. I found that amazing that they wouldn't listen to me.....fuckers pitch no hitters on LSD ( I was on MXE when I picked and ate the wrong kind, the LSD made me instantly realize what I did )....but they couldn't possibly be intelligent.
They said it took 3 days to order the medication, but since I was taking milk thistle ( silymarin ) under the table like a boss, I probably didn't need the extract.
My fuck up when I got home was taking too much vitamin K. I didn't realize that vitamin K thickened the blood THAT much.....you get out of the hospital on your "death bed" for 4 days.....you kinda wanna rub one out.....damn near had a heart attack and almost had to go back to get coumadin.
I've eaten pan subbs twice since this.
