I just got fined $210 because i had a fuckin cone piece in my wallet. it had quite bit of resin on it but i thought an amount that small wasn't enough for them to do anything and cone pieces are sold in shops legally for tobacco use only which i tried to to argue with the fuck head pig but that didnt do shit.

Lmao, in some states they can get you with a manufacturing charge for em. Did he confiscate it? If not, you can take it to court, after smoking a shit ton of tabbacco out of it.

If your in Australia drugs laws are super strict. That means paraphernalia will be treated differently too. Most places in America it's not a big deal anymore.
Just the other day I was taken out of my car, sat down in the sidewalk and watched two state police go through my stuff.
They pulled out my bong and bowl(freshly used) lighters, scale, just under two ounces of bud, and my backpack of pipes. They put it all on the roof of my car, told me to slow and be careful then went on there way. No charges, no tickets, no court dates. I guess it just depends who the officers are and what part of the world your from. I'm from Massachusetts by the way.

It's decriminalized in Mass.
Australia tends to be pretty strict to ridiculous in the laws they make.
For example, pics of legal chicks under a certain cup size is child porn there
I know I've seen plenty of RC's and other stuff banned there that aren't here.
It's pretty safe to assume their drug laws follow suit.

Yah dude Australia is crazy with drug laws. I had no clue Kratom was illegal there and I sent a shit ton in the mail not even knowing it. I got some dumb ass letter saying the person's package got confiscated by some australian customs and a strict warning. I looked it up and it's fucking a schedule I drug there. I was pretty sketched out and I won't be vacationing there anytime.

A fine is better than criminal charges. Maybe check with an attorney and see what the odds are to have it dismissed
