Did you inoculate your bulk substrate with a syringe?
You want to grow the mycelium out on grains or brf/verm cakes and then spawn them to the bulk substrate. You inoculate bulk substrates with spawn not spore water.
I only ask because i see no spawn mixed in and it looks mostly uncolonized.
If it was fully colonized and slightly less wet it would work much better. It's wispy compared to cakes because it isn't consolidated and the substrate looks saturated. You want 50-80% moisture with bulk substrate, slightly less wet than brf/verm cakes

The humidity of the air is fine, it's the wetness of the substrate that should be slightly adjusted in the future.
It's not really worth trying to get it to re-colonize the substrate now that its fruiting. It would probably stall out and take a long time or contaminate.
Keeping reading, improve next time, and let these guys do their thing for now.
Here are some good AMU TEK's that will help a lot in your future quests!
