I have a couple of plates ready to use just curious how many jars you guys inoculate with each plate, i'd guess that each inoculation increases the contam risks when your using your sab or is my thinking flawed?

Depends on what your doing with the plate.. Tiger dropping? Or making a Liquid Innoculant?

Any number within reason I believe. The only concern is if the wedge gets so small that it may get stuck in a crevace of the jar lid such that shaking won't get it back into the grains. Roughly speaking I'd say between 1/4"x1/4" to 1/2"x1/2". Just giving square dimensions not because I cut squares, just easier to visualize. I use very wide plates, so I can not a lot from them.
Probably wanna make all your cuts, then close the lid. Then just quickly tilt it open and spear a wedge, let the lid sit ontop of the agar plate, open up your grain jar, slide the scalpel along the lip to drop it in, then close up, n reflame if you hit anything not sterile with the scalpel or if you're paranoid. Give the jars a good hard shake when you're done to spead some mycellium around.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

A liquid inoculate made from a plate could inoculate a dozen quarts or more. A tiger drop will colonize a single master.

yes I see that but i think my question was fairly clear lol and both an li or a tiger drop would only require 1 plate and one jar so I obviously wouldn't be asking such a q....ya know what i mean? lol i looked into both LI and the Tiger drop but first i want to get some good established clean masters before i dive into unfamiliar territory

Tiger drop is pretty damn smooth IMO and has very few vectors. But if I was going to cut a plate up I would usually do 2-3. I don't like going more as smaller wedges take longer.

It used to not be able to but it can now. And the answer is all of it.
