You have absolutely nothing to lose going out there with a fucking tuba and playing your ass off on the street, and a lot to gain!... I for one would probably be overjoyed to hear some random Tuba in the city, and would definitely donate if it was as good as I'm sure you are, so others would to
It will boost your confidence a lot and really feel a lot better if you earn your money!
With people, and being anti-social... I feel like busking would be a nice way to get you comfortable around people again.. something interesting that would have people interested in talking to you, instead of pressuring you to make conversation with them, smooth you into it again You've been plenty social before, it'll come back easily once you stop fighting yourself
And definitely keep studying! Don't discourage yourself by saying you can't remember things... if you enjoy it - do it... I think your memory will be happy to oblige
This actually isnt a bad idea, only if i could muster up the courage to actually do it:/ that and i would need to buy a tuba to lol

Unfortunately weight gain is common side effect of these medications. Hopefully with time you can find something that works well for you.

Oh hahah, well hmm the tuba may be a mission to aquire... as far as courage... well its always easier said than done... and as far as I know, no great trick to it besides just going out there, doing it and seeing first hand its not so bad.. and you actually kinda enjoy it
You can use any negativity you experience in your life to benefit you though, if you can find it in you to channel discontent into motivation to change

high school makes the average person dumber then rocks it leaves you with virtually no skills besides being able to rush through a reading
schizophrenia is a symptom of something less clear it's not a mental disorder something in your brain is putting extra DNA strands and spazzing out the voices would be a consequence of an over wired brain did you notice you had it after consuming something meth related? otherwise it's most likely just symptoms
I tried to learn how to produce music a few months ago but my dad took away my laptop for something stupid i did I try to read books but its difficult because after like two pages of reading i realize what i read made no sense at all. lol and i tried meth once my senior year but i dont think that really did anything to my mental state. I started getting delusions and paranoia my jr year when i started smokkng weed err day. Even the slightest amount of weed freaked me out. I never liked weed tbh i just smoked it so i wouldnt be sober. I was more of a pill type of guy.

You will need money to survive . Only two options - some form of social assistance or welfare or a job. Look in to what may be available to you in terms of welfare or social assistance or programs or free treatment. if at all possible get a job. If one job doesn't work for you try a different one relaxing low stress jobs do exist but could take some looking.
Sorry for your troubles . Hang in there.
Generally healthy living will help - exercise, yoga, meditation.
I would also recommend nootropics- noopept and alpha gpc choline . Could help with some of the thinking and memory problems.

Jesus fucking god do you believe this guy. Something's not right with YOUR brain, that's clear.
And DON'T go around 'advising' random people who may have been diagnosed with schizophrenia to just skip treatment and pick up some St. John's wort. You have absolutely no goddamn clue what you're talking about and seriously, someone should board your fucking mouth up already if you plan on dispensing more of your 'advice'.
I'm sorry for barging into this thread with this, but at some point, someone needs to call bullshit if someone is saying something so monumentally stupid that it poses a risk to other people.

Op we have a forum for psychosis I highly recommend you check it out!
I was once hospitalized for psychosis and had two psychotic breaks. I made a full recovery and stopped taking the meds Immediately after discharge . If I had listened to the doctor I would still be on olanzapine today .
However schizophrenia is different from psychosis and more permanent and not getting the right treatment could be bad.
It's really horrible your parents wouldn't support you with needed help when proper treatment makes such a difference in outcomes for mental health.
It's also brutal to not have any free health care. Harsh that your government gives sick taxpayers a big fuck uou when they need help but still expect you to fund their endless wars.

Im just the other way. I think I'm okay but my parents think I'm schizo. I took too much LSD and Salvia together when I was 18 and I wound up with mild paranoid schizophrenia.
Start smoking cigarettes, that should help with your psychosis.

No, it is common in schizophrenic patients to smoke a lot because it eases their symptoms.

Suggesting OP take up smoking is horrible advice. If you're going to make outlandish suggestions at least have some kind of source to back up your claim.
OP, here is a link for Texas benefits.
I don't know if you would qualify for anything, but it's worth a shot.
