My brothers uncle in law had a few jars of grain that had been innoculated with EQ. His pod got to hot , in the lower 90's to make a long story short he saw what looked like wet spot ( he had gotten this before ) . He took the " contam " jars out of the pod and set them on a shelf , low and behold his EQs started to take off . It appears that the heat was so hot that it sweated the grain and slowed down the growth of the desireable fungi . The sweating grain looked like it was a bacterium infection but now appears to be just healthy mycelium .
