Anyone add bleach to their spray bottles?

I am going to add a half teaspoon +- of bleach to my 32oz spray bottle. Anyone ever do this to help fight contams, or for any other reason? I used the same mix half way through a flush a few weeks back. It was for shits and giggles.
Now I will try it throughout the whole cycle. I do not have any noticeable contams to combat. I am curious if it will weaken the mycelium and possibly promote contamination.
But who knows.

Sounds like a terrible idea, your spraying something your going to consume with bleach and it will most likely damage the mycelium. I've added a little bit of hydrogen peroxide to my sprayer to fight off contams but I would never think of using bleach personally.

I know people did bleach dunks, not sure of the concentration. I just make sure to use fresh tap water when misting. Most municipal supplies will have been treated and if its left long in the bottle it can degrade and stuff could grow in it. So I just rinse mine out and fill with fresh tap water each time.
Where I live water is good quality, in many places people would not risk drinking tap water.

Sorry if I am missing something obvious here, but in what way do you use the bleach water when cloning? Are you talking about cleaning the surface of the wild specimen with dilute bleach water before you open it up and grab tissue from the inner stipe?

Exactly that, i take the stipe whole and add it to a jar of sterile water with a little bleach in it and shake the fuck out of it and transfer to another jar of sterile water/bleach and repeat, then i remove the stipe and take my core sample.......NICE TO SEE YA WILLY!

I dunno if I would ever use bleach. >.> I just make sure my water is clean and filtered, and whenever I handle my cakes or even when I feel the towel at the bottom for moisture I apply a small bit of vinegar to my hands/equipment for sterilization. Bleach feels dry and ick

Thanks Cronic R. I'm still lurking every now and again. I've just been trying to lay kinda low. I'm still here and still doing my thang. I just always get paranoid about posting a bunch of, "Hey look what's going on with me" type of stuff.

The chlorine added to municipal is made to survive being vaped off like free chlorine does.
Bleach itself will degrade to harmless byproducts before consumption in such small amount.
I think it's a bad idea but I was thinking of using it on these fucked up fruits I got before removing them to toss.
My thread in advance mycology forum. The bacteria seems to spread since it keeps popping up despite wiping down everything.
Constant suppression for already healthy subs until its completely gone might be viable
I can increase FAE but I get dry spots. It really seems to be viable on even the mushroom tissue for hydration
