delayed pinning? Oak Ridge in a SGFC

hey folks,
I have my tray in a SGFC since last Tuesday with the temp between 22-23.5C, humidity between 98-100%, i fan about once every hour for 15 mins at least, it seems health, 3 days ago, it showed some signs of pinning, but isn't it too slow? also i can clearly spot some new mycelium growth on the surface, not too much, but its obvious to my naked eyes, any tips or inputs?

btw the substrate is a colonized BRF jar that was spawned to a 50/50 mix, i know its used as a casing, but our peat moss is kinda different, i believe it is very nutrient, Our stands for Egyptian btw.

You only need to fan after misting, and only for a couple seconds, just for a drop in humdiity to make room in the air for the water you just misted to evaporate...
If you do not mist the cakes, there is no need to fan. But you should be misting it at least twice a day...evaporation off the substrate is a main pinning trigger.
The SGFC has 1/4" holes every 2" in a grid pattern on all 6 sides, it gets all the FAE it needs by default....but you do not have a SGFC, you have what ever you created....you definitly did not follow directions, so it's not going to perform as intended.
Also, get rid of the hygrometer...it's only fucking with your head, your humidity is not that high in there....it's lying to you.

well, i was about to use monotubs from now on, so i didn't build a SGFC the right way when i was told that mine is not good enough, but the reason i know that there is a decent FAE is that the water i mist evaporates in no more than 2 hours, so, should i build a new SGFC ASAP or just wait an see, the SGFC i buil had too many holes, so i covered almost half of them, since then, it looks just fine.
even if the substrate isn't that nutrient, it was a tiny cake, so i literally had nothing to lose

oh i forgot to mention that i have my chamber in a an ACed room 24/7 so the fan is an add-on, but i do it just in case, i mist about 4-5 times a day, so i fan 4-5 times a day, not to mention that i open the door for about 10 mins to allow for FAE at least 3 times a day
