Millet jar stopped at 98%

So this jar been there for long time now and didnt colonize the surface!!
Could it be contam?
And there are those yellow greenish spots...dunno if they are contam or metabolite due to being left there for some time. And i cant see condensation on the jar too!
 Would you also g2g this jar?

I shaked it when it was 30 or 40%...should i shake it again and see what happens?

Naah will toss it...the green yellowish spots doesnt look promising.

What is your filter? Looks like dried out grain add in turn stalled. Don't even think about g2g with that.
-------------------- Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.
